Elijah is an urban and regional planning professional with several years of experience in layout design, housing, landscaping, urban renewal and new town designs. He is well trained in the use of planning related software ranging from AutoCAD, Sketchup and related 3d design software. He is certified in Eco-city development and knowledgeable in smart city, sustainable city, resilient and other evolving cities and their frameworks
He trained with the department of Development Control Abuja under the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council and has gathered wide range of experience in planning control and implementation, also in carrying out Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Site Analysis Report (SAR)
He holds a Bachelor of technology (B.Tech.) degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Federal University of Technology Akure.
